Worlds 17 Country Dance World Championships will be at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort right in the Disney World complex DEC 29 - JAN 4.  Worlds Website  This is a fabulous "campus" style hotel with buildings that are spread out around a lake.  While it is very pretty, just like Opryland, some of the rooms can be far away from the convention space.  We talked with the Disney people and asked that try to put our dancers in the closest buildings to the convention center.  The said they would, but talking with them, they felt that if you make your reservations early and put a suggestion in the comment box, it gives you a better chance of being in a room closer to the ballrooms.  PLEASE RESERVE YOUR ROOM NOW! Here are the buildings I would suggest.   The closest rooms are these buildings - Casitas 1, 2, 3.  Also, basically the same distance are Cabanas 9 & 8.  If you have kids that might like the pool or lakeside beach, then Choose Cabanas 8.  Closest to ballroom is Cabana 9.   When you make your reservation, please tell them you are with the UCWDC World Championships and request those buildings.  They will note it in the reservation.  Please do this as soon as you can because we will sell out the hotel this year and you really would like the rooms closer to the ballroom to save a long walk.  To reserve call  407-939-1020 Special $124 room rate.
